Dogs unconditionally love us. They don’t care that we live on the street, that our house is filthy, or that we haven’t showered in days. Dogs don’t care if we don’t have jobs or automobiles.
Dogs simply care about the love you can give them. Not to mention food and drink. Even if you betray them, their allegiance will always be yours. That fact alone demonstrates why we do not deserve them.
This unfortunate little guy was never given the opportunity to experience unconditional, eternal love. thus far. When he was 13 days old, his mother assaulted him. The attack almost killed him, but instead left him half blind and scarred.
Meet Brody, a German Shepherd/Border Collie mix.
Brody was adopted by another individual before finding his everlasting home. Unfortunately, the previous owner couldn’t keep up with his boundless enthusiasm, so things didn’t work out.
As a result, he was adopted at Alberta’s Old McDonald’s Asylum. Amanda Richter and her boyfriend Brad Ames followed. When their gazes connected, they greeted Brody with open arms.
In fact, they adopted him right away. They ignored his deformed face, preferring to focus on his heart.
Brody had finally discovered everlasting unconditional love.
Amanda and Brad made the decision to devote their whole Instagram account to Brody and his life with them.
In some of their films, he’s cheerfully playing with a ball, but in others, he’s been severely scratched on the head, and he honestly doesn’t care how his face looks.
Who doesn’t love babies, right?
Pleas from his admirers wanting to see Brody as a puppy came into his account, and they knew the pair didn’t have any, so they decided to contact his prior owners to see if they had any.
They are lucky!
“Many of you have inquired what Brody looked like as a child, so here you have it! Thank you to his old family for contacting us and demonstrating what a wonderful baby he was!”
Many people expressed their love and support for Brody after he went famous on social media.
This brave dog now has almost 65k followers!
His appreciative owners were quick to express their appreciation for the overwhelming support and strongly urged people to adopt creatures like Brody.
“It’s easy to understand why everyone adores this little fool as much as we do, haha. We hope that all of this attention will help others make rescue and adoption decisions, especially for “less-than-perfect” animals! They are as deserving of love as anyone else.”
